I had no idea if it was the switch or pump or the well ran dry. I had experienced this at another location and was expecting the worse case scenario. After talking with Martin on the phone he assured me he would be there the following day. He provided estimates and his communication was thorough. He showed up precisely at 10 as he said he would, with his son Chris. They immediately went to work, diagnosed the situation and did not try to up-sell me or provide services unwarranted. Within an hour he and his son had me up and running. He answered all my additional questions with complete honesty. The pricing was more than fair.
