“Called Gary am 8-4-25 for a plugged main drain. Gary arrived promptly and got to work. Gary was able to get the main drain flowing in a short time. Gary diagnosed what he thought was causing the problem as a misalignment. Gary gave me options to repair thr drain permanently. Lavelle stayed on the phone with tech support from the manufacturer explaining what he was seeing. The problem was figured out and the part number that was needed was obtained. Lavelle then obtained the part, came back and installed it.We also needed to have our kitchen faucet replaced. Lavelle asked what type of faucet I prefer. Offered me a couple of different brands and installed the one I wanted.I cannot recommend this company enough.“
