“Mr. Ken Stone is versed in all windows applications, at age 75 using a 12 year old Windows machine is a challenge, with his timely over the phone we had our balky Dell machine communicating to our 10 year old Samsung in no time. His rates for one site service are more than fair, I know you'll be pleased with his advice and service! Even better he's close by in Northwest Indiana. I highly recommend him!”
“EXCELLENT Skills, Service and Timeliness. I'm a Dj and my laptop was performing horribly during my set!! Other technicians were unsuccesful at diagnosing the problem an insisted it was a virus. Marlon answered my called first ring, offered a same day appointment and patiently researched, troubleshooted and fixed the problem on the spot in less than an hour. I HIGHLY recommend for HONEST, FAIR & ACCURATE Computer repair solutions. To date my laptop is performing very well.”
“Fantastic service; solved all our problems with the hard drive; spent time bringing back desktop icons and teaching us the new processes; very, very knowledgeable. Highly recommend for any computer issues.”
