I am new to the MAC world and was trying to get one of my kids older MacBook Air's to work for my use. The OS hadn't been updated since 2015 and was not compatible with the new MS Office for MAC I had purchased. Joe was sooooo helpful in getting my MAC updated and the MS software operational. Joe was great to work with and provided insight into general MAC operation and optimization as well. Joe was very patient with a very non-literate MAC newbie!!I will not hesitate to contact Joe again in the future, and recommend him to my friends. Nice to find people like Joe who are super knowledgeable and enjoy doing what they are doing!!

Joe is the most patient, knowledgeable and kindest person to work with regarding all things computer. I am computer illiterate and as I spewed my issues in my 'computer lingo' he kept pace with my allover thoughts. Highly recommend Joe! Thanks so much for your help, Joe!!

Joe is a very competent IT professional, which was show cased while helping us resolve a number of issues with a Windows Outlook installation. Joe demonstrated his ablibity to think quickly, and to resolve difficult issues.
