You spend days just trying to get an appointment. They make you pay in advance and you haven't even seen anyone in person yet. They probably don't even use their real names. Then when they do send someone from Indianapolis to Crawfordsville, they send someone that knows absolutely nothing of what they are doing. They get dust all over your house. They don't even use carpet covers or even covers on their street shoes. The guy then send want to act like they know what they are doing my touching the edge of the computer and sit and stare at it, then again touch something with the end of their finger and again sit there and just stare at it over and over again. Then on purpose, they go over time and they have done absolutely nothing. They don't even bring the right equipment to use. No meters, not even a manual that I could have maybe eventually figured out myself. So, they over charge you. Then they want to order you a new computer and talk you into ordering a computer that isn't even as much memory or storage as the one that they are supposedly trying to fix. And the man they sent to my house talked to me derogatorily several times and cut me down like I was illiterate and stupid when I myself have a college degree and am retired army. The man they sent to my house they probably have never met personally and he has the wool over their eyes making money off them for doing absolutely nothing but making a mess in your house. My son was a witness to it all. I am elderly, and have stage 4 copd, and I had to clean up after the guy for 5 hours with my sweeper. having to take breaks, he could have at least took the dust outside! The man even got up and walked into my living room from my den and was looking at my tv and devices and equipment like he was scoping my house out to later steal something which I asked him three times what he was doing and he didn't answer me and acted like he didn't hear me! Nosy A! They are a fraud company and I say NEVER use this company for anything, they will totally rip you off for doing absolutely nothing for you but someone very stupid and untrusting to come into your home and they don't have any credentials to show who they are and who they work for. They will rip you off, They are fraud fraud fraud. And I hope the department of justice gets ahold of them and sends someone or more to prison. Fraud Fraud Fraud.

I came to them because Yahoo has somehow taken over my web browser. They neglected to tell me that someone from support would show me how to share my computer with them and then a technician would do the repairs BUT the technician would not talk to me directly, would download things I didn't ask for, and would be working on other computers at the same time. So I sat there like an idiot unable to use my computer from 10:45 till nearly 2 pm. Then they call me back and they don't say " your tech is finished, we'll send you a report" they ask me if I want to buy protection from them. And when I log onto my computer, Yahoo has still taken over my browser. DO NOT USE, they are a ripoff
