Called this company for a home service. They took $149.00 from me UP FRONT and made the appointment for the following day. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! They said that a refund was issued but as of the following day I see nothing put back into my account. I had to contact my bank ,alerted them of the perpetuated fraud, and launched an investigation on order to retrieve my money. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
I tried getting my problem solved with on-line contact. Hours on two from Del who solved the problem in an hour. Phone support was impossible---could not her ATTEMPT TO SPEAK ENGLISH and she could not the problem anyhow. On line support is useless if I can't understand their talking, Be more attentive to unqualified support personnel!!!!
SINCE I DISCOVERED GEEKS ON SITE A FEW YEARS AGO, I NOLONGER GET STRESSED OUT OVER A COMPUTER PROBLEM BECAUSE WHEN I HAVE A PROBLEM I KNOW IT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OFBY GEEKS ON SITE. THERE SERVICE IS FANTASTIC. I DON'T KNOWWHAT I WOULD DO IF IN DID NOT HAVE THEIR SERVICE!!!
