Nathan was on time and was swift in diagnosing the issue to the point. Took great care to ensure he had proper shoe cover to protect the hardwood floors. I was charged only for his visit which was communicated prior and was aligned to my expectations. Overall 5 star and would recommend Nathan to my friends and family.Services: Heating system repair
Nathan was prompt in returning our call. He did a quick diagnostic test and came out on the same day. He was on time, and ready with his tools. He went straight to work after confirming and double-checking what he diagnosed during our initial call. He replaced an AC part without pressuring us into it. Best part was he had the part we needed so there was no need to wait or go to the store for it. His rates were reasonable, and was transparent about it. He is skilled, knowledgeable, and humble about it, too. Excellent customer service, we have already started telling people about him.Service: A/C system repair
