Have no problem with Laytons work or response time. They have a super repair man. Sorry to say we have needed him on several occasions. Just about everything that could go wrong with the heat pump has. Thankfully the warranty has taken care of everything including the compressor. Now with a year left on the warranty, some freon lines have ruptured. Very disappointed this repair had a 777 dollar bill. I can honestly say this is my last American Standsrd product.
New heating and cooling installation.. I was a little nervous about such a big purchase. Lisa and Josh are exceptional at their jobs, very knowledgeable and patient. On the hottest two days of the year Grant and Hoss installed the unit. They where nothing but professionaland and efficient. Both guys went above and beyond. Best price in town and the best service hands down. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I highly recommend Laytons Heating and Cooling. Great Job everyone! I truly appreciate all of your hard work.
Layton's is very good at what they do! We now have two units at our house, both installed by them and we absolutely love them. Josh was very professional and told us how to fix our original concerns with our unit that came with our house.
