He diagnosed the AC problem within minutes (capacitor), explained what went wrong and how. Explained what to do to prevent future issues. He climbed into my AC unit to CORRECTLY and thoroughly clean it from inside out (some companies clean them incorrectly from outside with just a 30 second quick chemical spray).
