“During water heater replacement, unbeknownst to us, the old water heater was not completely drained. My Dad removed the valve at the bottom of the water heater when the water coming from it was down to a trickle & the "lime dam" broke (very hard water) and about 20 gallons of water gushed out all over our utility room floor with a fairly large amount running down into the vent and into the ductwork in the house. A main ductwork line eventually collapsed into our concrete crawlspace and spilled water into it as well. The technicians removed all of the water from the crawlspace and thoroughly dried it out using industrial fans. They replaced the affected ductwork and sealed it back up to the vents and also replaced the wet insulation and the underpinning they had to cut out to do their work (double wide house). The day they came to pick up their fans, we found the crawlspace with at least an inch of water in it due to another issue that occurred when our water was turned back on (not related to the previous issue). They started over again with removing the water and drying out the crawlspace with the big fans. They will be replacing the wet insulation and then the underpinning again once the other issue is addressed by the plumber. Very professional technicians; quality work; on time. Worked very well with my insurance company. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing their services. Top notch technicians!“
