“Our apartment complex recently experienced a major flood from the foundation. It happened on a Friday afternoon, our tenant was is total panic, I'm a new property manager, I wasn't really sure what to do, so I called 1-800-water damage and Jardan was excellent to work with. He and a crew were on site in a matter of a couple hours to begin clean up. They worked through the weekend and into Monday to take care of us. They found mold and immediately called me to figure out a plan. I couldn't have asked for better communication or ease in handling this situation.
