They got my drain open and working good. They were through and the service tech was patient and answered my questions plus offered other helpful information. And there is a warranty on their work.

The technician was very courteous and did a thorough inspection and analysis of the toilet that wouldn’t flush. He completely removed it, checked all the workings inside the tank, and inspected everything, then reinstalled and left everything clean. It was just too old and the buildup of lime was clogging the holes the water flows through, so it wouldn’t flush. He suggested using a solvent for lime, but said it’s probably best to replace it. I was pleased with his work and efforts, and couldn’t have diagnosed it myself, so I was very grateful for his thorough job. DON'T WASTE TIME CALLING ANYONE ELSE!! Roto-Rooter is the best!I had what another plumbing service (one chosen for me by my warranty company) told me would be a $1200 fix minimum, so I called Roto-Rooter. No way was I taking that kind of news without checking with someone I could trust.Roto-Rooter had someone out to my property the same day and had the problem totally resolved quickly, professionally and for less than a quarter of that quoted price!The technician took time with me to explain what was needed and to get my approval, and then also to follow up with care instructions to avoid the problem in the future.I simply couldn't be more pleased!!
