He installed a propane gas furnace and updated all our existing support structures to code. He additionally threw installation of a new attic fan. It only took one day and they left the area very clean. He gave us a competitive bid and was able to fit us in his busy schedule. We highly recommend KMK heating & Air Conditioning and Kenny!! “YOU CAN'T BEAT EXPERIENCE! Early October I had a company out because every couple of weeks my steam furnace would blow the 220 fuse on the electric ignitor box. I wanted it checked and cleaned. The tech came out, pulled and wire wheeled the burners, and suggested I put in a new ignitor . Once again the furnace ran till mid December and again blew the 220 fuse. The tech was a very nice young man, but I didn't want to call back the company because I thought there was more to cleaning a boiler than wire wheeling the burners. I called a friend who I new also had a couple older buildings , he gave me Marks number. Mark promptly returned my call, I explained the problem, and told him I had a picture I could send him of the ignitor control. He said no he would be out the next morning, (I think he already had a good idea of the problem).Next morning he emeditily pulled and recleaned the burners (very dirty),found that the gasline going to ignitor not tight, and removed and cleaned tubing going to pressure switch, (plugged solid).He than explained that should do it, and call him if I have any problems.
