The staff were wonderful and really listened to her and what she wanted. They were patient as she took her time to decide. After she passed, they made some wonderful suggestions for things that would enhance the service, be meaningful to the family and guests, and would still be covered by the pre-paid funds. I cannot overemphasize how much they listened.

Because my husband is clergy, we know and have dealt with lots of funeral homes over the years and have attended many funerals. Therefore, I consider myself someone who knows a lot about this. “Absolutely lovely, meandering little historic cemetery in Noblesville. I wanted to visit Lucius Wainwright, one of the founders of Central Cycle Company and later, President of Diamond Chain and Co. He and his family are buried quite near the Conner's of Conner Prairie fame, towards the front. Lots of unique headstones. Says no pets allowed, FYI.“

“We used the Neptune Society for my grandparents and it was so much less stressful. Since then my mom, Uncle and my Aunt have all signed up. I just got my dad to do it as well. My husband and I also plan to get signed up to give the piece of mind to our family and children.“

One of the mausoleums was as a relative advised not maintained/cleaned. so the office person cleaned the windows themselves a day of service to ensure it was done as the groundskeeping staff seemed to be a bit stretched. Sought to make a purchase but location location location availability didn't work out.“
