My mom and dad had both preplanned their funerals, but when mom was diagnosed with cancer this summer, she wanted to make some changes. The staff were wonderful and really listened to her and what she wanted. They were patient as she took her time to decide. After she passed, they made some wonderful suggestions for things that would enhance the service, be meaningful to the family and guests, and would still be covered by the pre-paid funds. I cannot overemphasize how much they listened.
