“Glenn George was easy to communicate with and always answered questions before the service. We had a crowded viewing, and the tech guy and other woman working were amazing with ensuring our sound/music were running properly and that extra seating was brought out. Unfortunately, the older gentleman we worked with had a very different demeanor and was disruptive a couple of times during our viewing. He gave off a very “strictly business” vibe whereas the other two were incredibly empathetic and made us feel well taken care of. Overall, a positive experience.“
