Carl Smith was very explicit in the details and we liked what he had to say. Carl and crew arrived at 7am and did not stop, except for a 30 min lunch break, until about 4pm. At that time, the clean-up began. The crew left our place as clean as it was before they started. Again, we recommend Indy Rooftops. On the day of install the team showed up exactly on time with a full crew and two project managers. The customer service and communication was great. We were informed about every aspect of the project. Because we have dogs we were worried about the rouge roofing nail that may be missed in the yard but they took such precaution with the tarps that we did not find a single one.
