This spring, Home Value Renovation came out to look at my roof after a bad storm. Brady O'Malia went through the whole roof and carefully documented the wind and hail damage, with photos of every problem area. He also walked me through the first steps of my insurance claim, which made a stressful situation much easier. On top of that, he put tarps on the worst spots so the roof was protected from further weather. I would happily recommend Brady and Home Value Renovation to anyone who needs roofing help.
We had Home Value Renovation replace our roof this fall. The work crew was here and gone in less than a day. The roof looks great, we could not find any trash or nails anywhere, and we received an amazingly low price, with a very long warranty. Also, there was no long wait time between scheduling and getting the job done. We highly recommend HVR!
We’ve been thinking about a roof replacement, so we had Home Value Renovation come assess the current condition. Brady O’Malia did a thorough inspection on the roof, gutters, and siding; and ultimately let us know we have a little life left. We will definitely use HVR to do our work when the time is right in the near future.
