Cost a little higher than other places but still feel like the guarantees, warranty (transferrable) and the after installation services make it well worth it.

I called Erie Homes to quote a new metal roof. They utilized photographs of the roof and satellite imaging to calculate the required roofing area. I was impressed with the technology and accuracy due to the complexity of my roof lines. The sales team was professional and explained all components of their metal roofing system. Their product samples were helpful to understand how the system would enhance the appearance and integrity of my home. The evaluation of existing roof was very thorough and included an inspection of attic, something I had not experienced before and in contrast to some companies that just fly a drone over your roof. The job was finished in one day and seems to be well done. The only wrinkle was that I was given an extensive checklist to sign off on as the sun was setting which caused some anxiety as I couldn't see well and I'm not qualified to evaluate a roofing job.
