I had an emergency in my house, a water leak that went from the 2nd floor to the basement. Scott was able to access the situation very quickly, took pictures, explained what was needed to be done, before we decided to hire him. Other people I called could not explain what they were going to do, they just wanted to do the work and bill me later.
ProSource restoration was amazing in helping my family with mold remediation! We noticed a strong smell coming from our air vents, called them, and they got someone out to our house the same day and figured out what was going on. Scott and Rick were very knowledgeable and explained the entire process step by step and made me feel extremely comfortable before, during, and after the work. I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends and family!
Had major water damage to my home by a company. First restoration company that came out missed alot of what was still wet and damaged. Called ProSource and they came out right away. They worked well with my homeowners insurance and myself. What I loved most is I only had to work with one company instead of several different contractors to restore my home. They did a good job from demolition to restoration. My home looks beautiful again. Thanks for all the hard work guys it was a pleasure working with all of you!
