Indiana Carpet & Upholstery was the subcontractor hired by my apartment manager to help dry out a patch of soaking wet carpet caused by a leaking air conditioning unit in my apartment. A technician from ICU named Joe arrived in less than an hour (on a Saturday, no less) and was able to resolve the problem in no time. He was friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and efficient, with the whole process taking no more than 30 minutes total. I am grateful to ICU for their assistance, I’m very glad that my apartment complex hired them, and when I have a home in the future, ICU will be the first people I call for carpet or upholstery cleaning.
