Jennifer the owner incredibly responsive, up front, and honest of pros and cons concerning a myriad of questions and abatement of cat urine. Augie who came to the house equally professional, protective of household floors and surroundings, thorough, with explanation as requested, and when he left, not a sign of him being there. Cleanup extraordinaire. This was for a 6’ sofa with great vintage detailing and an armchair. Company stands behind its advertising. Highly recommend.
