I’m glad I gave this company the benefit of the doubt after reading the reviews online. I scheduled an appointment to have my apartment carpets cleaned before I moved out. This company was a small business and their prices beat other local companies. Mason did a great job.My only two complaints: they were almost 3 hours late to my 10:30 appointment. They explained that their first job of the day took longer than expected, and that I could expect them around 12:30. At 12:30, I called to see if they were still coming and they told me it would be 20-30 more minutes.
