He is always willing to look at my laptop and my kids' laptops at no charge -- he only charges you reasonable prices for repairing something. My daughter recently dropped her laptop, and we were getting the black screen of death. Kevin looked at it and saw that the hard drive had gotten knocked loose and fixed it at no charge.
