100% recommend you bring any computer issue to Kevin for resolution. My laptop screen recently needed replaced due to my daughter's cat chewing on it. Complicating my issue was that I was leaving for overseas in 5 days and needed the laptop fixed by then. Kevin quickly identified the necessary repair and set about resolving it. Despite the laptop being quite new, Kevin diligently searched for a replacement part and he went the extra step of contacting the supplier directly asking them to ship it 3 day Fedex so that he could repair it for me in time. There is a reason this guy has 5 stars. He knows what he is doing and is good at it. I had a couple of simple things for him to fix that if I'd thought about it, the one thing I could have fixed myself. He didn't charge me anything. While in there, he took a call and was giving the guy excellent advice IMO and the quote he gave him was a reasonable price, too. My neighbor recommended him to me and when I saw the 5 stars, I figured I couldn't go wrong.
