Had an unusual request for these folks. Our newly adopted cat found her wet into our ductwork and played a masterful game of hide and seek. Logan arrived and helped disconnect several ducts from the main line and worked to find our finicky feline. Our main goal was to make sure she wasn’t in a dangerous spot which Logan was able to help confirm. We left the ducts open to let her come out in her own time with a little peace and quiet in the house. About 4 hours later, we found her perched on a beam in the basement, wondering what all the commotion was about. We've been homeowners for a while, and we've seen a lot of different HVAC guys. We've never been so impressed with anyone in this business like Sean and his team. They went above and beyond what we were expecting, and didn't upcharge us for the extra time they took. Felt like an old-fashioned way of doing business and taking care of people. Another HVAC guy was ready to replace the motherboard of our heater, and Sean gave us a second opinion and found the problem the other guy had missed. We will be calling him next time there's an issue.
Logan came out and was very helpful, friendly, and professional. He spent extra time to explain everything. Highly recommended.
