“My children started going to Dr. Mackey's office several years before me, this was probably around 2005, if not sooner. I hadn't started going to Mackey's office until a few years afterwards(my previous dentist was close to my workplace and simply put, was a convenient drive). One thing about kids and dental offices, they will let you know if they don't like their dentist. Never, not once, have my children ever complained about Mackey's office. This compelled me to switch to Dr. Mackey, a great decision indeed and will be a lifelong journey for me. The staff in this office are highly professional, kind, friendly, funny and with positive vibes all throughout. Side note: The establishment is also very clean. Now, there's this fairly new dentist, Dr. Neumann. Dr. Neumann is a 2nd coming of Dr. Mackey, which goes without saying, the kind of dentist Dr. Mackey is. I always feel at home and comfortable during my visits and there's a ambiance in the office like no other. I mean, when Dr. Mackey retires, his personality will and the man/dentist he is will undoubtedly be missed. However, with Dr. Neumann receiving the torch, I assure you, you will be in excellent hands. Choose Mackey and Neumann, you will not be disappointed.“

“This was my first appointment here and it was very easy to make the appointment online. Also so simple to fill out the paperwork online as well. From the moment I came in everyone was so friendly and explained what was going to happen with each step. So much technology I didn’t know they had! The Dr explained all my scans throughly and also offered other services they provide. Everything was great! Definitely would recommend people to come here.“

“I came to this office for a second opinion after another clinic told me I needed $5,000 worth of Invisalign. I was having doubts, especially because I originally just wanted to know whether my wisdom tooth needed to be removed, and I've never been told I needed orthodontic treatment. I’m so glad I came here, because Dr. Hashwi was extremely honest, welcoming, and transparent. He confirmed that I did not need Invisalign and answered all my questions thoroughly.

Not only that, but he was able to remove my wisdom tooth the same day, which was such a relief. I also want to give a special shoutout to Sara, the DA. She was kind, professional, and really helped me feel comfortable throughout the whole visit.

“My first appointment was last week, and I was immediately impressed by the friendly and helpful staff at reception. Anabel was particularly great at assisting me with my insurance and scheduling an appointment for the next day.

I’ve been diagnosed with anxiety, and I shared this with the team. They were incredibly professional and attentive throughout the appointment, making sure I felt comfortable and at ease. Estrella was particularly reassuring and checked in on me regularly, while Dr. Jose was incredibly respectful and knowledgeable.
I was in there for almost 2 hours and the whole time I was informed about every step and how my insurance was involved and making sure I agreed with everything being performed.
That same day I booked an appointment for my husband because they are absolutely amazing at what they do!
Everyone seems to speak fluent Spanish and English so if you are a Spanish speaker, no se preocupe aquí lo atienden bien y en español!
