Always professional. No shaming if something is wrong. Scheduling is tight though. Friendly staff n docs. I would add, i dont like new insurance policy that i pay upfront and wait for insurance to cover my visit and send the refund. I think thats why we all have insurance is to cover care outside a copay which i dont have. My other concern is why is the hygienist also scheduling my follow up appt as well as charging me / taking my payment at the bedside? Are you having people run out after care? There are also 2 people at the front desk that dont do this which could free up the next patient to get started.
