Once accepted, John called to set up a time to come out and get an exact measurement. Another appointment kept. Then, Tuesday, Sep 2, 2025, , I got a call saying that the window was ready and asking if that Thursday would be good. John showed up on time, kept a clean worksite, respected our carpet, and cleaned up afterwards. And, most importantly, didn't trample our plants in front of the window being replaced.
