Our property consists of four 50-year-old buildings with a total of 80 owner-occupied units, and throughout our partnership, MHL has consistently delivered exceptional service.
Their proactive approach has enabled us to address issues early, often preventing small concerns from becoming costly repairs. Given the age of our buildings, plumbing leaks do occur, and MHL has repeatedly assisted us during evening and weekend hours. Their willingness to respond immediately and provide expert guidance has been invaluable.
We have also realized significant savings by using MHL in place of outside vendors for certain projects. For example, for the past two years they have completed our annual carpet cleaning, providing higher-quality results at a lower cost than previous contractors.
