“first impression was good, the estimator actually showed up on time and didnt try to upsell me on stuff i didnt need. we did about 800 square feet of refinishing across two levels. the process was explained upfront, they told me how long the drying would take between coats so i could plan to be out. sanding was thorough, no swirl marks or missed edges that ive seen on other jobs. the final result is what sold me though. the floors have this even smooth finish and they got right into the corners. left the place clean when they wrapped up too”
