“We chose the guys at Waterman Brothers add approximately 600 square feet to our 1950's era ranch home. We received 6 different quotes from 6 different contractors. Their price estimate came in slightly below middle of the pack. Why I give them 5 stars is as follows:Their quality of work is absolutely beyond reproach. It's definitely a good sign when the building inspector says that he always see's the highest caliber work from them and is always impressed by it.They came right on budget (and we even upgraded a few things). How man contractors actually do that? Right? Crazy!They answered every question we had, and were even able to adapt to our crazy changes, like deciding to tile the ceiling of our shower (which look super awesome FYI!).The people they work with in specialty fields (Think drywallers, electricians, etc...) were equally talented and polite. Always a huge plus.All in all, these guys were absolutely awesome. Hands down.My only takeaway that would drop them maybe a half a star were as follows:If you want communication from them, you have to talk to them. They are a fairly quiet and humble bunch, and talking isn't their strongest suit. I suppose if you have to trade speaking skills for quality of workmanship, I'm sold.Lastly, they are a little dirty. Then again, we went through some agressive construction that blew out the back wall of the house. I suppose a little dirty is expected.Again, we're super happy with them, and would recommend them without any second guessing.“

“Akeem R. of Advocate Construction was excellent at every step of the complex roof job, hail storm damage, insurance coverage etc. Always promptly replied on texts and emails. Came over to resolve or explain things many a times. We felt very well taken care off. Advocate has done other jobs for us in the past and we are happy with their materials as well as the crew.“

“Paul and his team did a great job for our master bedroom’s bathroom. Paul gave a very detailed quote and the project was done on time and within the budget. His team goes beyond and above to get the job done and also did a wonderful job cleaning the place up. We are very happy with our beautiful bathroom and Paul also provides great advice on designs. Also , his team keeps us up-to-date with their progress and pays attention to details. Through Paul, we also got great discounts from the materials for the bathroom. A big thank you to Paul and his team. We are doing another project with Paul’s team in a couple of months.“

We’ve just gutted and fully renovated our en suite, and he just wrapped updating our 2nd bathroom too.
He’s reliable, transparent, honest and fair in everything he does as well as incredibly flexible.
He will continue to be our go-to for home improvements, and we’ve already added a 3 seasons room remodel to his future project list. Can’t recommend him enough!“
