Recon Solutions did an acceptable job for about half the work that they were contracted to do. After the initial and second inspections with my city failed, they pushed to get me to finish paying them anyways, and have since left me to finish the remaining work. The garage floor looks great, but my ceiling sags from when they refilled the insulation (and they broke through the ceiling in a few places - though they did manage to repair that when we brought it to their attention) and I had to rewire their electrical work myself to bring it up to code (and they might have contributed to my bathroom sink leaking).

Terry and John both helped us get back into our home after a fire. The final piece was refinishing our garage floor and it looks beautiful. I will call them again to help with other home remodeling projects.Service: Repair flooring

We had Recon Solutions recommended to us by Allstate Ins. We had a house fire that started in the garage and went into the house. We had much smoke damage. We were out of the house for 8 months. Not knowing much about the construction world Recon was amazing. They walked us through the process and continued to walk with us throughout the whole rehab. process. They worked seamlessly with AllState Ins. The house was pretty stripped down to the studs. All the contractors that came to help rebuild our home were amazing, every contractor that walked into the house were respectful of our home and did an amazing job. They even came back to take care of some loose ends without hesitation. At a very traumatic time in our lives Recon Solutions did an exceptional job. I could not be more satisfied with their professionalism and their kindness !!! I would recommend to anyone.
