Tim will be my all time guy to keep my house in good shape. It is very hard to find someone that will take on your jobs and actually respond. If you need someone to respond in a timely manner, call this guy. If you need someone that will give you a fair price for work needed (and thorough) call this guy. If you need someone that is going to do a great job, call this guy.He did a bathtub drain repair and valve replacement. Tim is the best !!This time salvaged a crisis; basement flooded, needed repair done quickly and....Fixed pump, secured staff to rip out damaged surfaces and repaint -- all in 5 days.Promised services, done as scheduled, and saved out butts in short order.And, did NOT charge an arm & a leg for professional service.
