Best experience my wife and I have ever had at an eye doctor's office. They have one of the best frame selections I've seen. Their staff is very knowledgeable and everyone at their office spent a lot of time with both of us addressing our questions (and we had a lot). I would recommend this office to anyone looking to find an office that will take care of you.Update from 7/21/23 - I saw all the negative reviews and thought I’d share my most recent experience. A few months ago, my daughter’s glasses broke in an unfixable way. My daughter was completely devastated because she didn’t have a backup pair nor any contacts. I'd like to give a review of Vision Care Associates in Wheaton. Rick Mital, the office manager provided exceptional customer service, professionalism and courtesy in a very timely manner. Such a breath of fresh air as it seems work ethic and common courtesy has been discarded as a thing in the past in the service industry. I am leaving my current eye doctor and switching to Rosin Eyecare because of the service he provided. Thank you, Rick, everyone likes to know they are in good hands and be taken care of when they are paying for a service.

The doctor was awesome as she did everything right and all was going well until I had to sit with Rick. When I made the staff aware that my insurance covers the eye exam with a low co payment, the entire office seemed to get an attitude. Called my insurance advocate, on speaker phone, and these people acted like I was trying to get over on them? They called my insurance and was told what it covers and how much. Rick has the worst attitude in the place! Basically refused to sell me anything! At one point i felt like he was judging me based off of my look? Which is interesting because I saw another review posted where they felt this same way. Please don’t waste your time...read full review
