I started coming here because I have VSP vision insurance and they are in network. I was a patient for a few years, staff has always been friendly and helped me. However my last experience wasn't great unfortunately. I was being helped by someone who I hadn't seen before and seemed new. She didn't measure the height of my eyes in the glasses which I was skeptical of (I used to work for an optometrist and had ordered glasses many times). The doctor had added astigmatism to my glasses Rx without telling me and it wasn't just a small amount it was huge. Great place and staff! Brian at the front desk is especially helpful and kind, and tries to make sure you're getting the best deal on your contacts and glasses. The doctor is also polite and answers all my questions. Would recommend!

Great staff! Very friendly. Office was very well maintained. It is a tricky location getting in and out but not a problem. Frames seem to be a little bit more than online but I still purchased them there. Dr. Burch was excellent-very thorough and answered all my questions as a "First Time" customer. I would definitely recommend. I also meant to pay with my HSA Credit Card. I ended up having to come back. They were very helpful and changed credit cards immediately.
