I like this spot, I’d give it a 5 but there’s a problem with the scanner or something. It’s cheated me out of my check in now twice. I scanned my barcode at the desk and it doesn’t show up in my app. I need it as proof for something and it’s killing me.
I had a great experience at LA Fitness today thanks to Dillon who helped me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured. I really appreciated his professionalism and genuine approach. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Excellent customer service—I highly recommend asking for him if you visit!
You guys have toilet seat cover holders but always keep them empty, what's up with that.
