“I had an Smartwool merino t-shirt base layer rip under the arm pit and a pair of Fjällräven Vidda Pro Ventilated Trousers torn up along the side of the Cargo pocket from taking a one-wheel nose dive across gravel. I decided to see if they could be repaired because it is not cheap gear. The repair price was very reasonable and they did an awesome job, very friendly too. I am very happy with the results, exactly what I asked for. I can barely tell the difference between the two underarms of the T-shirt and I explained the pants are utility protection for crashes and how I would like them to look after, that security and durability of the pocket and withstanding future crashes was the most important thing to me. Fantastic job!“

I left it there with fingers crossed and expecting the worst. When I went in to pick it up, I was greeted by a smile and a clean jacket. I have repeatedly received excellent service at this cleaners; from tailoring to cleaning. (And this wasn't the first time I spilled wine or red sauce!). I highly recommend using this cleaner!“

“I had to attend a funeral and did not have a black suit. I thought the funeral was a week away. John was kind and welcoming.We agreed on a week for my suit to be tailored. I got a call that the funeral was actually going to be in 4 days.I was ready to take my suit somewhere else because I didn't think he can have it done on time. John was so understanding and said "if it's for a funeral I'll put a rush on it." He had it done just in time for the funeral. He even called me the night before and offered me to pick it up after hours. Unfortunately I was attending a family function before the funeral.The next morning I picked it up and it was perfect.John went above and beyond for me. He worked late and took special care of me as a customer. He didn't ask for any compensation but I personally wanted to compensate him for his time, professionalism and hard work.
