Great Work! Matt G did a great job replacing leaky pipes and rusted valves in my basement! I was in the process of having my water softener system replaced and all of a sudden a pipe begin to spill water. We could not turn the water on and test the system. Matt G came to the rescue, corrected the problem ,all the while professional and approachable. He answered our questions and charged a reasonable price. Very neat job!
TR Miller has once again given us outstanding service! Of course, our furnace blower would stop working during one of the hottest weeks of the year. It made it 27 years, but unfortunately it was time to update our entire system. TR was back out to install within 2 days and the crew was awesome. Jim and Miguel were professional, fun to talk to, and did an amazing job. We can already tell the difference in efficiency with our new system. Thanks again!
Let's start with the backstory. Due to power loss and recent torrential downpours our basement ended up flooding. As a result we took in about 6 inches of water. Our hot water heater was trashed as a result, granted our furnace was safe due to it being on blocks. We were without power for 4 days and had to wait until we had power to do anything. Once we got back power it took a few days to start getting everything ready. My wife is only a few weeks postpartum so this was an incredibly stressful time for her. I understand that a lot of people were in the situation that they were dealing with damages as a result of the storm, but this just adds an extra layer of stress....read full review
