The team is capable and adept. They provide one day service and drove to get parts needed.
My AC went out and RCM responded to my v/m within 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, a technician (Dave) was in my driveway.
Dave was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Dave knew exactly what was needed, got it fixed and assured me that the system was good to go. A fair price for great service. Dave also spoke with me about possibly adding a second unit to my upstairs.
I would definitely recommend RCM and I would not hesitate to use them again.

my air-conditioning went out on one of the hottest and most humid days of the year and I am a very grateful for RCM heating and cooling and their excellent techs, Randy and Rob who worked diligently two days in a row to take care of the issues, ensuring that everything was working and even stated that if there was any issues over the weekend, Rob was on call and he’d be happy to come back and do whatever he could to make it right. I also wanna give a shout out to the owner Chris who squeezed me in same day during a very busy season.
We had a intermittent furnace issue during extreme cold weather after neighborhood. Power outage in RCM was excellent from start to finish.
Randy (the young one) came out promptly was professional, calm and extremely thorough. He walked me through the entire diagnostic process. Step-by-step checked every component and explained what he was doing in plain Randy took the extra time to triple check everything that he had done. That attention to detail ended up resolving the issue completely.
