I had an emergency service call. My call was returned promptly via text message with a day & time.One of the furnace maintenance employee "Bill" came by, he was very pleasant and informative when asked questions.A couple weeks later "Alex" came by to do the yearly service . He was also informative and helpful helpful.

This was my firs time using Zark. I called at 8:30am and by 11am they had someone out to us! Quick and knowledgeable service. Love that they did not try push extra services and parts on us and were able to answer all my questions! Highly recommend!

We have two 20+ year old furnaces and AC units. When we bought our house a few years ago I signed up for the maintenance plan- smartest thing I have done. We have had multiple issues over the years and they come and fix it right away. They are very responsive and helpful. We had a guy out today and he was teaching me what to look for when our furnace goes out.Service: HVAC system maintenance
