“This review is on behalf of MHernandez.finished basement flooded during heavy rains.A crew showed up same day and got the recovery process started same day.About a week later had my basement base clean and dry. They worked with our insurance and restored my basement for a very fair price. I would recommend them any time”
“Clean USA is a company that is efficiently run. The staff I interacted with were great starting with Theresa, who was pleasant when I first called to set up Clean USA to come out to check for mold. She was able to get me in the same day.
Second employee was Chris, who arrived on time and was a wealth of information. Chris was not able to do the required work due to another scheduled appointment. Chris did quite a reasonable estimate, which was the final price.
Chris was able to schedule a team of two to come out that same day.
Tyler and Troy showed up on time and got right to work. They explained things as they went along to keep me informed and were very pleasant and patient when I had questions.
First, Tyler worked on the mold and Troy worked on hooking up the hose and putting it my window. Tyler and Troy worked very efficiently as a team to get equipment into my unit and up and running. They cleaned the affected areas of carpet with a disinfecting solution. They were mindful of wearing booties
In my home. Tyler and Troy came back two days later to pick up equipment to test affected areas.
I did ask for cards so I can pass around to people who live in my building.”
