Bunch of scammers , use with caution. I hired neat cleaning services for a move in clean and bought all the supplies they would need. The following week she sends one woman out who didn't even clean the house . She did not touch any of the supplies but she did take the money . When I called her about this she said my cabinets were too dark and there was too much to clean after construction , but there was no construction left over. . BUT Still took the check . 0 stars if I could but this is the next best thing .

We used the service this monday and the lady was so slow and cleaned only the bathrooms and the wooden floors had floor cleaner wax all over. she did not clean the kitchen or the livingroom which is most dirty. It was so sticky that we could not walk with bare feet and all the evidence of the stricks on the floors where she cleaned. I called the owner to redo and fix the problem. She didn't call me back so I had to call back a few times to finally get another lady out thursday. I assumed that it would be complimentary as she would be addressing the problem but she wanted full day charge. I would not recommend this place as very unprofessional and unreliable work....read full review

I recently moved into a new apartment and I needed to find a local cleaning service. I called Neat Cleaning Services to schedule an initial cleaning and I must say I was so impressed after they did the job. Thank you.
