Clean USA is a company that is efficiently run. The staff I interacted with were great starting with Theresa, who was pleasant when I first called to set up Clean USA to come out to check for mold. She was able to get me in the same day.
Second employee was Chris, who arrived on time and was a wealth of information. Chris was not able to do the required work due to another scheduled appointment. Chris did quite a reasonable estimate, which was the final price.

Not just a restoration company! Dan Musilek is the representative that the company I work for and he mentioned they also cleaned carpets. I love my new home but didn't love the puppy smell without having puppies. About an hour is all the technicians from Clean USA needed to get rid of the odor and left my carpets looking like new. Very communicative, friendly and prompt. They protected my floors and went right to work. I highly recommend Clean USA!
I recently had a sump pump fail and with that was a watery mess. I had received several recommendation for Clean USA and I'm so glad I made the choice to go with them. From the moment I called I was put at ease. Chris came out that night to look over the mess and give me a game plan. The very next day a crew was here and starting cleanup. Everyone was incredibly polite, concerned for my property and so hard-working. 27 years of accumulation in a basement was removed and set aside with care in my garage for me to go through.
