I had a flood from a washing machine on the first floor that rained into the basement and because it ran overnight it was quite a lot of water and quite a mess. The Clean USA team was extremely busy but responded quickly, and my situation was resolved and cleaned up in less than 48 hours.
The team was great! Everyone from Geri in the office and Ernie the project manager to the cleaning crew that was in my home, which was Omar, Mark and Darnell were great! I was really pleased with their professionalism, their kindness and the thoroughness of their work.
