When I got there I was very pleased with the clinic, very clean and organized and the front desk people were so nice. When it was our turn to see the vet, one of the nurses Mikey was very friendly and very gentle with Harvey and answered all my questions, very nice guy. “I’ve had an incredible experience with MyVet so far. I adopted a 6-month old lab/Great Dane mix a few weeks ago who had never been to the vet (let alone on a leash or on a walk). I needed to get him vaccinated asap, & I was very overwhelmed with adjusting to a puppy - they were able to quickly get him in & scheduled, & were so incredible with him. Faith & Madison at the front desk got him immediately calm (& honestly me as well - they played the role of my therapist when I was at a breaking point). Saddie & Dr. Lee were wonderful/patient/educational during his exam (& again, made me feel capable/confident). Faith has quickly become one of Kenobi’s favorite people - we walk by MyVet on our daily route, & after our first visit, she encouraged us to come in & say hi so he can keep associating it as a positive experience. He saw her on our walk today & immediately was tail wagging & full of excitement. Kenobi is my first dog on my own, & I couldn’t be happier to have chosen MyVet for his care.“

“I have a cat that has a lump growing on her chest. In the past several months, it has continued to grow and has become infected twice, the second time the infection did not clear w antibiotics, so I came here for a second opinion after my usual vet had told me twice that there was not much I can do bc of age/risk/etc.Anywho, this doctor saw us. He checked the lump and then went through in depth what my options were and answered my questions. He gave me a quote on the surgery, assessed my cats overall health, and overall gave me hope for my little kitty to at least have some value of life added back.“

“Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff! We’ve been taking our two rescues there for 3 years now and we love each of the vets we’ve worked with. One of our dogs is very leash reactive so when I let the receptionist know, she had someone come meet us at their back entrance right away to avoid having to walk past other dogs in the lobby. They also escorted us back to our car to make sure no other dogs were outside. It’s the little things like this that made our visit so much less stressful. The staff at North Ave always goes above and beyond and we’re so appreciative of them.“

“Abbott is amazing! Dr Child took great care of my cat! Olive needed a portion of her tail amputated after an injury. It has been a long road of recovery due to Olive trying to bite the surgery site. Dr Child was extremely caring and even ordered her several special cones due to my cats small size to see which would work best for her. Every time I had a question the staff always responded in a timely manner. They have squeezed Olive into their busy schedule several times because of her bothering the surgery site (she's an awful patient). I am so thankful for Abbott!“
