So glad I found this place! This little gem is hidden away in Sugar Grove at Waubonsee College. (In the Field House building.) They have daily, monthly, + more memberships available. Your first visit is even free! The gym isn't very large, but they offer classes + have an indoor track for you to enjoy. As far as the fitness center goes, they have free weights & barbells, a handful of machines, and lots of cardio options. A couple stairmasters, ellipticals, bikes, treadmills, etc. For the price & location, you can't beat it!

I have worked at the Waubonsee Total Fitness Center a while now, and I have never been to a fitness center quite like this one. We offer that small community feel with all of the fitness equipment and resources you might find at a much larger gym. We have a number of different membership options available to the public, as well as students, crafted to fit your busy lifestyle. We also have a variety of exciting classes coming up including Small Group Training, TRX Suspension Training, Good Form Running Clinic, and our new 10-Day Fat Blasting Boot Camp!
