I had a commercial unit routine cleaning done on July 22. The experience was unusual in comparison to my previous maintenance appointments so I reached out to customer service. I spoke with Kathy and Beth. Both ladies were very nice and did rectify the issue. I would recommend signing a service contract to ensure clear expectations.
Note: after my initial review they called me and gave me a refund on what I felt was overcharged. Great company. Thank you! David the technician came and did a drain blow out with compressed air on air conditioner for my 86 year old mom's house which I help with stuff like this for her. I liked technician so he gets 5 stars and he did the job and gave me advice on how to keep up with drainage but I was charged double what a drain blow out is usually charged (up to $250 usually) by looking up after the job was done. If the internet has it right. I did say something to the tech about price and he consulted with manager but price still was $554 - $50 coupon I had. I don't...read full review
