About XSport Fitness
XSport Fitness provides a variety of fitness options, including modern equipment, group fitness classes, HIIT workouts, personal training, tanning, recovery services, a spa, and a retail store. Members can also access the MyXSport platform for additional support. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with many members praising the personal trainers for their effectiveness and knowledge. The trainers, especially one named Shaley, are positive, encouraging, and easy to connect with, making workouts enjoyable and boosting confidence. The general manager is appreciated for going above and beyond to assist members and create a welcoming environment. The facilities are great, and amenities such as a pool and hot tub are popular. However, some members have experienced issues with machine maintenance. One disappointment noted was the guest policy, which restricts entry past 9 PM, despite paying over $400 in membership fees. This policy can be inconvenient for members with busy schedules, and there is frustration over the lack of clear communication about family or VIP guest passes. Overall, the gym’s affordability and variety of equipment are appreciated, though some feel the level of service could be improved. Many members have recommended the gym to friends and family, with some new members already enjoying their experience.
Was already a great deal and now Since LA took over they have been improving the facility. Many work out options and good amenities. Also a mixed and balanced demographic of clientele makes for a relaxed work out enviroment.
Not clean. Machines are out of order a lot. Staff is not helpful and don’t seem to know what is going on. Three workers behind the front desk just talking when so many things could be cleaned, stocked, etc. Classes cancelled with no backup instructors. Charging for classes and not updating equipment used or level of instructions. Not sure I will renew unless things change.
I came in looking to get a membership was greeted and welcomed by a staff member who I later realized was the GM. Jordan made me feel at ease with the enrollment took his time to assess me and some parts of my body I needed to work on primarily and educated me on where my heart rate should be. A general plan he would like to Implement. He shared a trainer I’m booked with that would be perfect to help me achieve my goals and made sure I was able to add my wife and kids to my membership. Hell of a Job Jordan and Team St Charles. Anyone looking to change gyms or get your journey started ask for Jordan and you’ll leave happy ! Thanks Team!
