Dr. speck did amazing with myself and my son. This was my son’s first appointment and he made him super comfortable. Stacey was also AMAZING, I cannot give her enough credit. She went above and beyond.

I stepped on my glasses and thought they were completely ruined! I mean, they were folded in half and the worst way! I brought my glasses to Dr. Timothy Speck and he completely repaired my glasses back to their original form! The entire staff was so helpful and extremely nice! I’m very grateful for all their help. While waiting, I saw a pair of frames that I’m definitely interested in and I will be back!

Luanne is awesome. Perfect customer service. We are leaving on vacation in a couple days & don’t have time to get new glasses. My son’s frame broke. She took extra time to cut our lenses and put them in a inexpensive frame until we get back. We will make an eye appt. tomorrow before we leave. That’s how you get customers to come back. A huge thank you.
