Walmart Vision & Glasses

Luanne is awesome. Perfect customer service. We are leaving on vacation in a couple days & don’t have time to get new glasses. My son’s frame broke. She took extra time to cut our lenses and put them in a inexpensive frame until we get back. We will make an eye appt. tomorrow before we leave. That’s how you get customers to come back. A huge thank you.

My husband has been going to this Eye Doctor since he was a small child and I must say I had a great experience with the Doc and with the gentlemen who helped me up front. However, the woman need to get it together.

I've gone to Walmart for my vision needs for 10 plus years now. I switched insurance just recently so I made an appointment elsewhere, that was in network with my new vision insurance. I was extremely unhappy with the customer care at the new place, which was actually my previous vision center prior to Walmart. I am normally very easy going and understanding, but the new place did me wrong before I even had my appointment (which was scheduled 3 weeks out). I called Walmart right away and they took care of me no problem, as well as scheduling me an appointment the very next morning. I didn't have to wait 3-4 weeks for an appointment.
