The lady at the front was super nice and all smiles. My daughter loved her. The other people where all very nice and professional. Also my insurance covered all but $9.51 just wanted to add that after reading others reviews.

Out of my 20 years of wearing glasses this was the best experience. They didn't just check to see what prescription I needed for my glasses. They looked to make sure my eyes themselves where in the top shape. I know I will not stay in the Springfield area forever, but while I'm here this will be the only place that I go too. The doctors where wonderful and the receptionist was nice?

I feel bad, messed up multiple things like coming in late because I went to the wrong one andchanged the contact brand after it was already shipped. All the employees I talked too were super nice about everything even though I really would've understood if they got upset about it
